Ingredients

Trail Mix

  • ¼ cup sliced almonds
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup toasted shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

Energy Balls

  • cups pitted medjool dates
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons milk of choice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Blend the pitted dates in a food processor until they form a ball.
  2. Add half of the rolled oats, milk, and cinnamon to the date ball and blend until combined.
  3. Mix in the remaining oats and the trail mix using your hands until well combined.
  4. Roll the mixture into 16 ping pong ball-sized energy balls.
  5. Store the energy bites in the fridge or freezer.
