Instructions
- Blend the pitted dates in a food processor until they form a ball.
- Add half of the rolled oats, milk, and cinnamon to the date ball and blend until combined.
- Mix in the remaining oats and the trail mix using your hands until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into 16 ping pong ball-sized energy balls.
- Store the energy bites in the fridge or freezer.
