Trail Mix Energy Bites
Ingredients
The base

Instructions
- Combine the rolled oats, nut or seed butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a food processor or blender.
- Pulse until the mixture starts to come together, scraping the sides as needed.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the remaining ingredients, mixing to combine.
- Form the mixture into small round bites, pressing firmly to hold them together.
- If the bites do not stick, add more nut butter as needed.
- Optionally, drizzle with melted chocolate.
- Store the energy bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
