  • ¼ to ⅓ cup honey or maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ to ⅓ cup favorite gluten-free trail mix
  • optional shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Add the peanut butter, vanilla extract, and honey to the dry mixture and mix well.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls or bites.
