Ingredients

The base

  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • cup peanut flour
  • cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup Vanilla or Chocolate Protein Powder
  • cup agave or honey
  • ½ tsp Butter Extract
  • ½ tsp natural caramel extract

Optional additions

  • 3 tbsp chopped nuts or dark chocolate chips
  • 2-3 tbsp dark chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Mix in the nut butters and extracts, then add honey.
  3. Mix well and roll into bite-sized balls.
  4. Adjust consistency by adding more protein powder if too runny or more nut butter/honey if too dry.
  5. Store in the refrigerator or freeze for freshness.
