Coconut Peanut Butter Protein Bites

creamy peanut butter

Vanilla Cream Protein Powder

coconut flakes

cinnamon

maple syrup or honey

Vanilla bean or vanilla Extract

coconut extract (optional)
Instructions
- Grind the granola in a food processor to a fine texture.
- In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
- Mix in the nut butter, extracts, and maple syrup or honey until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls, adding more honey or peanut butter if too dry.
- Place the balls on a cookie sheet and freeze for 30 minutes.
- After freezing, optionally coat them in more vanilla protein or peanut flour.
- Store in a ziplock bag in the fridge or freezer.
