Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line half sheet pans with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the oats, almonds, coconut, cocoa, almond flour, and chocolate chips.
- In another bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, applesauce, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine the syrup mixture with the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Scoop the mixture into 2-tablespoon sized portions and roll into balls.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the outside is set but the inside remains soft.
