Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 2 Tbsp organic cane sugar
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup creamy natural salted peanut butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • cup dairy-free dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 340°F (171°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats and sugar.
  3. Warm the peanut butter, oil, and maple syrup in a small skillet until combined.
  4. Pour the warm mixture over the oats and toss to combine.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 18-22 minutes until golden brown, tossing halfway through.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool completely on the pan.
  7. Transfer to a bowl or container and add chocolate chips, mixing well.
  8. Serve with almond milk or as desired.
