Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 340°F (171°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats and sugar.
- Warm the peanut butter, oil, and maple syrup in a small skillet until combined.
- Pour the warm mixture over the oats and toss to combine.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 18-22 minutes until golden brown, tossing halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely on the pan.
- Transfer to a bowl or container and add chocolate chips, mixing well.
- Serve with almond milk or as desired.
