Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the oats, peanut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, salt, and cinnamon, and mix well.
- Stir in the nuts and spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then stir the granola and bake for an additional 10 minutes until lightly golden.
- Let the granola cool completely before serving.
