Ingredients

  • 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
  • ¼ cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
  • cup pure maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup peanuts (or other nuts)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the oats, peanut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, salt, and cinnamon, and mix well.
  3. Stir in the nuts and spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes, then stir the granola and bake for an additional 10 minutes until lightly golden.
  5. Let the granola cool completely before serving.
