Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 325°F and pour oats into a mixing bowl.
- 2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, and brown sugar; heat until runny and smooth.
- 3. Pour the mixture over the oats and toss until evenly coated.
- 4. Spread the mixture onto a lined baking sheet and bake until golden brown, about 18-20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- 5. Allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
