Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the shredded coconut on it.
- Toast the coconut for 7-9 minutes until golden brown, then let it cool.
- In a medium bowl, combine half of the toasted coconut with the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Form bite-sized balls of dough using a cookie scoop or spoon.
- Sprinkle the remaining toasted coconut over the bites and enjoy.
