Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips in a food processor and mix until fully combined.
- Process for 30 seconds until a dough forms.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Scoop out the dough to form 12 balls and place them on the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle each ball with a pinch of flaky sea salt.
