Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until evenly coated.
- Cover the mixture and refrigerate for 1-2 hours to make it easier to shape.
- Shape the mixture into small 1-inch balls or press it into a parchment-lined baking pan to make granola bars.
- Enjoy immediately or store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
