Chocolate Sheet Cake with Peanut Butter Frosting

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 inch pan.
- In a medium saucepan, combine water, butter, and cocoa powder, and bring to a boil while stirring frequently.
- Once boiling, remove from heat after 1 minute.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- Add eggs, vanilla, and buttermilk (or sour cream) to the dry ingredients and beat until blended.
- Stir in the cocoa mixture until just combined and pour into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, then allow to cool completely.
- For the frosting, combine peanut butter chips, milk, and butter in a saucepan and heat until melted, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat and whisk in vanilla and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Pour the frosting over the cooled cake and smooth it out, optionally topping with mini Reese’s Pieces.
- Allow the cake to cool before serving.
