Tomato Artichoke Pasta

The pasta

fresh pasta or 1 lb. dried pasta
Instructions
- Heat 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat.
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
- When the oil is hot, add garlic, green onions, and artichoke hearts, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add diced tomatoes, tomato paste, white cooking wine or chicken broth, salt, and pepper to the saucepan.
- Heat the sauce through and toss it with the cooked pasta.
