Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 250°F and line a large rimmed sheet pan with foil.
- In a medium bowl, toss the mixed nuts with olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce.
- Spread the nuts out on the sheet pan and bake for 40 minutes.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the nuts and stir to distribute.
- Return the nuts to the oven for an additional 15 minutes until dry.
- Remove from the oven, adjust seasoning if needed, and cool completely.
- Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
