Maple Nut Snack Mix

Instructions
- Place the nuts in a slow cooker.
- In a small bowl, mix the maple syrup, salt, coconut oil, water, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the mixture over the nuts in the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 1 ½ to 2 hours, stirring every 15 minutes until the nuts are brown and the liquid is absorbed.
- Transfer the nuts to a foil-lined baking sheet to cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled nuts, pretzels, and dried fruit.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
