Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the nuts and shredded coconut.
- Add the chai spice, salt, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup, and mix until the nuts are evenly coated.
- Spread the nut mixture in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
- Bake for about 20 minutes, stirring once or twice, until the coconut is toasted.
- Remove from the oven, optionally stir in more shredded coconut, and let cool completely before serving or storing.
