Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C) and roast the cashews and almonds on a baking sheet for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden.
- Transfer the roasted nuts to a food processor or high-speed blender and process until smooth, which may take 10-12 minutes.
- Once smooth, add the coconut sugar, spices, and sea salt, and process again for about 1 minute.
- Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness or spices as desired, then process once more to combine.
- Transfer the nut butter to a jar and store at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
