Cinnamon Hazelnut Butter

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C) and spread hazelnuts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast the hazelnuts for 12-15 minutes until fragrant and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and cool slightly, then rub the hazelnuts in a kitchen towel to remove most of the skins.
- Transfer the hazelnuts to a food processor or high-speed blender and blend on low for 7-9 minutes until a butter forms, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Once creamy, add ground cinnamon, sea salt, and coconut sugar (if using) and blend again until well incorporated.
- Taste and adjust seasonings as needed, then transfer the hazelnut butter to a clean jar.
