Chocolate Hazelnut Spread

Instructions
- 1. Roast hazelnuts at 350°F for 8-10 minutes until golden and fragrant.
- 2. Transfer hazelnuts to a towel and rub off the skins.
- 3. In a food processor, grind the hazelnuts for 5 minutes until smooth, scraping the sides as needed.
- 4. Add cacao, honey, vanilla, hazelnut oil, and salt, then process until well blended, about 1 minute.
- 5. Store in a one quart mason jar in the refrigerator.
- 6. Bring to room temperature prior to serving.
