Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line a pan with hazelnuts in a single layer, toasting for 7-8 minutes.
- Allow hazelnuts to cool completely, then transfer to a dish towel and shake to remove the skins.
- Place the skinned hazelnuts in a blender or food processor and blend until a flour-like consistency is achieved.
- Add cocoa powder and sweetener, then blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the spread to a jar or container for storage.
