Easy Vegan Nutella

raw or roasted unsalted hazelnuts

dairy-free dark chocolate (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C) and spread hazelnuts on a baking sheet.
- Roast raw hazelnuts for 12-15 minutes or roasted ones for 8-10 minutes to warm them up.
- Let the hazelnuts cool slightly, then rub them in a towel to remove most of the skins.
- Add the hazelnuts to a food processor or high-speed blender and blend on low until a butter forms, about 8-10 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave, then set aside.
- Once the hazelnut butter is smooth, add the vanilla and salt, blending well.
- Gradually add the melted chocolate while blending until fully incorporated.
- Taste and adjust sweetness or salt if needed, then transfer to a jar.
