Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Roast the hazelnuts in a roasting pan for 10 minutes, then cool and remove the skins.
- Add the oil and hazelnuts to a blender and process until a smooth nut butter forms.
- Gradually add the chocolate chips while blending until smooth.
- Let the mixture cool at room temperature or refrigerate until it thickens.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
