Ingredients

  • ΒΌ cup avocado oil or other neutral oil
  • 12 ounces hazelnuts, skins removed
  • 2 cups vegan chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Roast the hazelnuts in a roasting pan for 10 minutes, then cool and remove the skins.
  3. Add the oil and hazelnuts to a blender and process until a smooth nut butter forms.
  4. Gradually add the chocolate chips while blending until smooth.
  5. Let the mixture cool at room temperature or refrigerate until it thickens.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
