Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line an 8x8-inch baking dish with foil, greasing the foil.
- In a bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, then stir in the chocolate until melted.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the melted chocolate and granulated sugar together for about 2 minutes.
- Add Nutella, eggs, vanilla, and hazelnut extract to the mixture and beat until smooth.
- Gradually mix in the flour mixture until just combined, then scrape the batter into the prepared baking dish.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips and chopped hazelnuts on top.
- Bake for 23-25 minutes or until set, then cool completely before slicing into bars.
