Chocolate Nutella Cookies

Instructions
- 1. Whisk together the flour, salt, baking powder, and cocoa, then set aside.
- 2. In a stand mixer, beat the butter and sugars until smooth and creamy, then add the vanilla and hazelnut extract.
- 3. Mix in the Nutella until the batter is smooth.
- 4. Gradually add the flour mixture and milk, mixing well, then chill the dough for at least 15 minutes.
- 5. Preheat the oven to 325°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- 6. Roll the dough into balls and place them on the sheets, pressing them down slightly.
- 7. Bake for 10-11 minutes until soft but starting to set, then cool on the sheets for 2 minutes before transferring to a rack.
