Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, beat together the chocolate hazelnut spread, coconut sugar, and egg using a hand mixer.
- Add the almond flour and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- Fold in the chopped hazelnuts and chocolate chips with a spatula, reserving some chocolate chips for topping.
- Roll the mixture into balls and flatten them slightly on the cookie sheet, noting that they won't spread much.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes, then let cool completely before sprinkling with sea salt and serving.
