Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare baking sheets with cooking spray or a silpat.
- In a medium bowl, combine Nutella, almond butter, cocoa powder, sugar, and beaten egg until well mixed.
- Spoon 1 level tablespoon of the mixture onto the baking sheets, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
- Flatten the mounds with a fork to create a crosshatch pattern.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, switching the position of the sheets halfway through.
- Let the cookies cool before removing them from the baking sheets.
