Four Ingredient Nutella Sandwich Cookies

The filling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, beat together ¾ cup of Nutella, butter, and egg until smooth.
- Gradually add the flour until a sticky dough forms.
- Roll the dough into balls and place them on the baking sheet, spaced about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for about 10 minutes until puffed and set, but still soft in the center.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 3 minutes, then transfer them to a cooling rack.
- Once cooled, carefully cut each cookie in half horizontally.
- Spread 1 teaspoon of Nutella on the bottom half of each cookie and sandwich them back together.
