Nutella Chocolate Chip Cookies

gluten free rolled oats or almond flour

dairy free chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- If using rolled oats, blend them until they form a flour.
- Add the remaining ingredients (except chocolate chips) to the blender and blend until just incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl; the dough will be sticky.
- Mix in the chocolate chips.
- For almond flour, combine all ingredients directly in a bowl without blending.
- Use a cookie scoop to form eight cookies and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Wet your hands with water to help roll the dough into balls if using your hands.
- Bake for 9-10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and enjoy.
