Nutella Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup hazelnut spread
  • 1 cup gluten free rolled oats or almond flour
  • 1 large egg or flax egg
  • ½ cup dairy free chocolate chips
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • a pinch sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. If using rolled oats, blend them until they form a flour.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients (except chocolate chips) to the blender and blend until just incorporated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a bowl; the dough will be sticky.
  5. Mix in the chocolate chips.
  6. For almond flour, combine all ingredients directly in a bowl without blending.
  7. Use a cookie scoop to form eight cookies and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  8. Wet your hands with water to help roll the dough into balls if using your hands.
  9. Bake for 9-10 minutes.
  10. Remove from the oven and enjoy.
