Caramel Stuffed Nutella Cookies

Instructions
- Whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream the softened butter and sugars until smooth, then add the egg, vanilla, and Nutella and mix well.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then fold in the hazelnuts.
- Chill the dough for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the oven and prepare baking sheets.
- Shape the cookie dough, placing a caramel inside each ball and covering it completely.
- Sprinkle with coarse salt and bake until the edges are set.
- Let cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
