Nutella Stuffed Cookies

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- On another baking sheet, place dollops of Nutella and freeze for at least 30 minutes.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened butter with brown and white sugar until creamy, then add the egg and vanilla and beat again.
- In a separate bowl, mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet mixture until a dough forms, then stir in the chocolate chips.
- Take about 2 tablespoons of dough, flatten it, place a frozen piece of Nutella inside, and wrap the dough around it.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown, then cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
