Nutella Stuffed Cookies

The filling
Instructions
- Prepare the chocolate filling by dropping 12 heaping teaspoons of Nutella on parchment paper and freeze for an hour.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking soda.
- In another bowl, mix white sugar, brown sugar, softened butter, and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until a dough forms, then fold in chocolate chips. Add milk if the dough is too thick.
- Form 12 balls of cookie dough, flatten each, and place a piece of frozen Nutella in the center, then cover it completely with dough.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes until the edges are slightly brown, then cool on the baking sheet for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
