Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch round cake or pie pan.
- 2. In a bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt, then mix in the chocolate chunks.
- 3. In another bowl, whisk together the oil, eggs, and hazelnut extract until blended.
- 4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients using a rubber spatula until just mixed; the batter will be dry.
- 5. Stir in the Nutella until fully incorporated.
- 6. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan, pressing it into the sides if necessary.
- 7. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few gooey pieces.
- 8. Let cool on a rack, then cut into squares or wedges.
