Butter-toasted Hazelnuts

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and place the hazelnuts in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Toast the hazelnuts for about 15 minutes until fragrant and the skins darken.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, warm the butter until it becomes toasted and fragrant.
- Add the salt and then the toasted hazelnuts to the skillet, stirring to coat them in butter.
- Stir in the fresh thyme and sauté for about a minute.
- Finish by adding the orange and lemon zests, reserving some zest for garnish if desired.
- Remove from heat, taste, and adjust salt if necessary. Serve warm or at room temperature.
