Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange hazelnuts in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Toast in the oven for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally until golden brown and fragrant.
- Remove from the oven and wrap in a kitchen towel to steam for 1 minute.
- Rub the hazelnuts in the towel to remove loose skins.
- Alternatively, toast hazelnuts in a skillet over medium heat for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Wrap and rub in a towel to remove skins as described above.
