Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Spread 2 cups of almonds in a single layer on a baking sheet and toast for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Allow the almonds to cool, then transfer them to a food processor along with the sunflower seeds, macadamia oil, and salt.
- Process the mixture for 10 to 15 minutes, scraping the sides as needed, until it becomes smooth and creamy.
- Add the pumpkin seeds and walnuts, and process until they are reduced to tiny pieces.
- Incorporate the chia seeds and flaxseed meal by processing for a few seconds.
- Transfer the nut and seed butter to a clean airtight glass jar and let it rest for a day before using.
