Ingredients

The nuts and seeds

  • 2 cups raw almonds, toasted
  • 1 cup toasted unsalted sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup pumpkin seeds
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed meal

The oil and seasoning

  • ¼ cup macadamia oil
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Spread 2 cups of almonds in a single layer on a baking sheet and toast for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Allow the almonds to cool, then transfer them to a food processor along with the sunflower seeds, macadamia oil, and salt.
  4. Process the mixture for 10 to 15 minutes, scraping the sides as needed, until it becomes smooth and creamy.
  5. Add the pumpkin seeds and walnuts, and process until they are reduced to tiny pieces.
  6. Incorporate the chia seeds and flaxseed meal by processing for a few seconds.
  7. Transfer the nut and seed butter to a clean airtight glass jar and let it rest for a day before using.
