Kitchen Sink Nut Butter

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 300°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2. In a large bowl, combine the nuts, seeds, and maple syrup.
- 3. Spread the mixture on the baking sheet and bake for 14-15 minutes, stirring halfway through until lightly golden.
- 4. Allow the mixture to cool for a few minutes before transferring it to a food processor.
- 5. Process the mixture for about 10 minutes, scraping the bowl every 30-60 seconds until smooth.
- 6. Add the vanilla, salt, and coconut oil, then process until fully combined.
- 7. For crunchy almond butter, stir in chopped nuts if desired.
