Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the almonds on the baking sheet and roast for 5 minutes until fragrant.
- Allow the almonds to cool slightly, then transfer them to a food processor.
- Process the almonds on low or high until they turn into a smooth and creamy nut butter, stopping to stir as needed.
- Once smooth, add a pinch of sea salt and any optional add-ins, then process for another 30 seconds to combine.
- Transfer the almond butter to a jar and store it in the fridge.
