Honey Roasted Almond Butter

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted coconut oil, honey, and salt until combined.
- Pour the honey mixture over the almonds in a mixing bowl and toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the almonds in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with a silicone liner.
- Bake for 14-15 minutes, tossing halfway through, until nicely roasted. Let cool completely.
- Transfer the cooled almonds to a food processor and pulse until they turn into butter, scraping down the sides as needed.
- If desired, add more honey and salt to taste before storing in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
