Homemade Almond Butter

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F.
- Place almonds on a baking sheet and roast for 10-12 minutes until fragrant.
- Remove from the oven and let the almonds cool completely.
- Place the cooled almonds in a high-speed blender or food processor and pulse until crumbly.
- Add salt if desired and continue pulsing until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Transfer the almond butter into a jar or container.
