Homemade Almond Butter

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread the almonds on the baking sheet and toast for 9 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Transfer the toasted almonds to a food processor, add salt, and blend on high for 10 to 25 minutes, scraping down the sides as needed.
- If using a Vitamix, add the toasted almonds and salt, and blend on high, using a toggle to push down the nuts until creamy.
- Store the almond butter in jars in the fridge for up to one month.
