Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF and spread the almonds in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast the almonds for 10 minutes, then let them cool for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Transfer the cooled almonds to a food processor and secure the lid.
- Process the almonds for 8 to 10 minutes until they become creamy.
- Add salt or cinnamon if desired, and process for another minute or two.
- Transfer the almond butter to a 16-ounce mason jar and let it cool completely before sealing.
