Instructions
- Pulse the almonds in a blender or food processor until finely chopped.
- Process on low speed for 1 minute, then scrape down the sides.
- Continue processing on low speed for another minute until a clumpy paste forms.
- Process for a third minute on low speed until thickened.
- Increase to medium speed and process for 1 to 2 minutes until creamy and smooth.
