Dark Chocolate Almond Butter

Ingredients

  • 2 cups raw almonds
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1/8-1/4 tsp kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Place the raw almonds in a food processor and process for about 15 minutes, scraping down the sides as needed until smooth.
  2. While processing, melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil in a small pot on low heat, removing from heat when there are still some clumps.
  3. Add the melted chocolate mixture to the almond butter in the processor and process for another couple of minutes.
  4. Add kosher salt to taste and process again until well combined.
  5. Scoop the mixture into a container and store in the fridge.
