Dark Chocolate Almond Butter

Instructions
- Place the raw almonds in a food processor and process for about 15 minutes, scraping down the sides as needed until smooth.
- While processing, melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil in a small pot on low heat, removing from heat when there are still some clumps.
- Add the melted chocolate mixture to the almond butter in the processor and process for another couple of minutes.
- Add kosher salt to taste and process again until well combined.
- Scoop the mixture into a container and store in the fridge.
