Maple-Cinnamon Superseed Almond Butter

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the almonds, flaxseeds, hemp hearts, chia seeds, and maple syrup.
- Spread the mixture evenly on the baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a food processor.
- Add the coconut oil to the processor and blend for 5 to 10 minutes, scraping down the bowl as needed.
- Once smooth and drippy, add the cinnamon, salt, and vanilla, and process until combined.
- Store the almond butter in a glass jar or airtight container, allowing it to cool to room temperature before sealing.
