Homemade Cashew Butter
Ingredients
The cashew butter

raw cashew halves

coconut oil

maple syrup

vanilla extract
Instructions
- Optionally grind the cashews in a blender before transferring to a food processor.
- Add the salt and any desired mix-ins to the food processor and blend for 5 minutes.
- Scrape the sides of the processor and mix, then blend again in 5-minute increments.
- Continue blending for about 15-20 minutes until smooth, adding coconut oil in the last 5 minutes if desired.
- Once smooth, pour into a glass jar and store.
