Ingredients

  • 4 cups raw cashews
  • ΒΌ teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Add the cashews and salt to a food processor fitted with the S blade.
  2. Puree for 10 minutes, or until completely smooth, stopping as needed to break it up.
  3. Store the cashew butter in a glass jar with a lid and refrigerate.
