Instructions
- Place the cashews, macadamia oil, and salt in a high-speed blender.
- Process on medium-low speed for about 30 seconds until a thick paste forms.
- Increase the speed to medium-high and process for another minute, pushing down with the tamper as needed.
- Increase the speed to high and process for another minute until creamy.
- If the butter is too stiff, add more oil one tablespoon at a time until the desired consistency is reached.
- Transfer the cashew butter to a clean glass jar and store in a cool, dry place.
