  • 1 lb raw cashews
  • ¼ cup macadamia oil
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Place the cashews, macadamia oil, and salt in a high-speed blender.
  2. Process on medium-low speed for about 30 seconds until a thick paste forms.
  3. Increase the speed to medium-high and process for another minute, pushing down with the tamper as needed.
  4. Increase the speed to high and process for another minute until creamy.
  5. If the butter is too stiff, add more oil one tablespoon at a time until the desired consistency is reached.
  6. Transfer the cashew butter to a clean glass jar and store in a cool, dry place.
