Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and spread the cashews on a baking sheet, baking for 10 minutes while stirring halfway.
- Allow the cashews to cool for about 10 minutes until they are warm but not hot.
- Transfer the cashews to a food processor, add the salt, and blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- If the mixture gets hot or the machine struggles, pause to let it cool briefly.
- Once smooth, let the cashew butter cool to room temperature before transferring it to a mason jar for storage.
