Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and spread the cashews on a baking sheet, baking for 10 minutes while stirring halfway.
  2. Allow the cashews to cool for about 10 minutes until they are warm but not hot.
  3. Transfer the cashews to a food processor, add the salt, and blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  4. If the mixture gets hot or the machine struggles, pause to let it cool briefly.
  5. Once smooth, let the cashew butter cool to room temperature before transferring it to a mason jar for storage.
