Instructions
- Process the roasted cashews in a high-speed food processor for about 5-7 minutes, stopping to scrape the sides as needed.
- If desired, add 1-2 tablespoons of melted coconut oil for creaminess.
- For crunchy cashew butter, stir in ½ cup of chopped cashews.
- Store the cashew butter in an airtight glass container for up to 3 months.
